Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Carriers
    We ship using DHL, UPS, FedEx, Chronopost, and La Poste, depending on your location and the nature of the items ordered.
  2. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at cost and included in the invoice sent to you after your order is placed.
  3. Handling Charge
    Orders below €60 incur a €10 handling charge, automatically applied at checkout. Orders of €60 or more are exempt from this charge.
  4. Delivery Times
    Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the availability of the items ordered. Due to the seasonal nature of many seeds, some items may be shipped as back orders once the next harvest becomes available (see our Terms & Conditions for details).
  5. International Shipping
    We ship worldwide. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
