These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
- Ordering
An account is required to place an order. You may create an account during checkout or in advance via “My Account”. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. - Minimum Order & Handling Charge
There is no minimum order requirement. However, orders below €60 incur a €10 handling charge. Orders of €60 or more are exempt from this charge. Shipping costs are calculated separately and charged at cost. - Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal. No online card payment is processed on this website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions (bank transfer details or a PayPal payment request). Your order will be processed once payment has been received. - Availability & Back Orders
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of many seeds, some items may occasionally be unavailable at the time of ordering. Unavailable items may be placed on back order and will not be charged until shipped. Delivery of such items will be made as soon as the next harvest becomes available. - Pricing
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of ordering. There are no additional tax charges. - Shipping
Orders are shipped using DHL, UPS, FedEx, Chronopost, or La Poste, depending on destination and item requirements. Shipping costs are charged at cost and added separately to your order total. - Returns
Due to the nature of our products (seeds), items cannot be returned once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sandemanseeds.com within 7 days of receipt. - Contact
